Took a 12 year old boy in i got him dome soft nlack levis skinny jeans we went in the dressi g room he put them on very nice they are soft the zipper gos up and down nice the fly is soft too. They let us take are time we plan to go again

Kudos to JCPenney for their customer service. I spoke with Alex on the phone today to return a few items. I ordered the wrong size. I expected to only be refunded the cost of the items but they actually refunded the shipping cost as well. I think it was extremely generous and I couldn't appreciate it more, especially during these hard times. Thank you JCPenney!!!

My son broke his titanium wedding band the Specialty Supervisor Cheryl Slatinsky was a excellent help because I had purchased several rings a little over a year earlier, she tracked them down, took my ring back had a new one mailed to my house in a timely manner. Her assistant was great also they both waited on me over a hour but I did not catch his name, anyway this lady should be promoted. She is very knowledgeable about the insurance ( on jewelry) either way I did not have the right paperwork with me and they still gave me respect and trust. We found all my other jewelry purchases before the wedding band purchase but they stayed right with me. Excellent, Excellent service, hats off to you Cheryl !!!!!!!

I shop at JCpenny in the Eastern Hill Mall in Williamsville, NY. I lost my driver's license and 2 credit cards while shopping in that facility. I was frantic. I called the store the next day when I was tracing back my steps. The manager said they had the license. I was ecstatic and rushed down to the store. Well when I was chatting with the cashier about how a good Samaritan found my license and turned it in, he said that was him and it was on the floor outside his register. What a good trusting character this person name ALI has. I am eternally grateful by his good works. Thank you Ali for being the honest person you are.

My order arrived on time and undamaged. The boots and the shirts fit according to the size stated. I am happy with my purchases and plan to continue doing business with them. Keep up the good work.

My local JCPenney is awesome. I've gone back a few times and plan to continue to make purchases at the store.

Recently visited the store in Prattville, AL to buy t-shirts for my husband. Unfortunately, the kind he wanted were not on shelves. Sale Associate, Ms. Pamela Minor, checked inventory and found there were none in stock. She then ordered the items for us to be delivered to the store. What a joy it was to meet her. Ms. Minor was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. JC Penney is fortunate to have Ms. Pamela Minor as an employee.

I don't buy a lot from JCPenney.com, but I have almost always been pleased with the items bought. I prefer to buy from a local Penney's, but selection is sometimes limited. I used this site to buy petite clothing for my mother, and the fit and quality was very good. I recently bought some nightshirts that turned out to be longer than I expected, but they fit well and are a good quality fabric. One item, however, was not at all what I expected, and the return 3 days later was super easy.
One option I really like is to have my online purchase shipped to a local Penney's store for me to pick up. I live in a semi-rural area and my mailbox is not secure for packages. Pickup from the store means I don't worry about misdelivery or theft. I think this option might be good for anyone who works and isn't home when the mail is delivered.

Bianca was our salesperson on our purchase of two Sterns & Foster mattress sets.

She had the product knowledge and very helpful in insuring we were get the best product for our needs. She was not in any hurry to make a sale but had our best interest at heart.

I have been to all the so called mattress stores here in Naples, Fl. But they could not compare with Bianca service and pricing.

I ordered 11 clothing items online. It took about 3 weeks for my order to ship which I found very long in today's online shopping environment. About 6 were great and a great value. Five were sort of cheap and I returned them to the local store with no problems. I will order again.

In Little Rock, Arkansas, there exists an AMAZING worker named Kim H. Who made my experience at JCPenney absolutely phenomenal. I'd been searching for a coat I fell in love with, and while it was sold out in that store, she helped me to find it online and order it so that I could have it. She even got me the best deal on it. If Kim's boss reads this, please please PLEASE give this woman a raise. She deserves it!
