I usually shop on jcpenney.com when they have coupon codes going, and it’s been worth it for me. I’ve picked up clothes and towels for way less than I would’ve paid in store. The site is easy to use, and the codes actually worked at checkout without any weird hassle. Shipping took a few days, but I don’t really mind that as long as the savings are good. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a couple of shirts from JCPenny and they actually showed up faster than expected, about 3 days earlier than the original delivery date. One of the boxes was a little banged up, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, a good experience 👍

I ended up returning the jeans and the refund came through fast

As a parent, I’m used to kids’ clothes being sold out the second I actually need them, so I was relieved shopping on jcpenney this week. The sizes I needed were in stock, checkout clearly showed what was available, and nothing got canceled after I placed the order. It seems like a small thing, but it made the whole process so much easier. I got everything without having to bounce between five different stores

I expected the box to show up a little beat up, and I was already ready to be annoyed about it. But nope, totally changed my mood the second I saw it. The packaging was clean, neat, and had no dents at all

I only shop at JCPenny a handful of times during the year but the rewards have been really easy to use and I like that after I grab clothes or something for the house I end up getting a little money back, and it usually shows up in my account fast too so I really can’t complain, signing up has been worth it for me.

The woman keeping an eye on the rooms was really friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, which I appreciated soooo much. She even helped me get another size when I needed it. Such a simple thing, but it made the whole shopping trip way less annoying. Definitely 5 stars from me.

The order showed up, the items were correct, nothing was missing, and everything looked like what I picked online. For the price, the coupons, the quality, and just the overall value, I’m happy with it and I’d definitely shop there again.
